Fifteen years ago, we began expanding the menu at our Caribbean restaurant, adding dishes like gumbo and jambalaya. As our offerings grew, so did our guests' requests. One day, someone asked for beignets, and that’s when the magic happened. This delectable treat quickly became a fan favorite, enduring through multiple concepts.
It was only natural for us to infuse the sweet flavors of beignets with our Jerk Fried Chicken and give this beloved item a menu all its own. From our Caribbean restaurant dinners to the Beignet Spot Express counter, we hope this little request from 15 years ago brings a big smile to your face today.
